Rameshwar Pal Sharma posted in Vishwa Jagriti Mission (Spiritual Circle) 29 December 20:17 एक साधु थे।उनके पास एक आदमी आया और उसने पूछा कि भगवान जल्दी कैसे मिलेँ? साधुने कहा कि भगवान उत्कट चाहना होने से मिलेँगे। उसने पूछा कि उत्कट चाहना कैसी होती है? साधुने कहा कि भगवान के बिना रहा न जाय। वह आदमी ठीक समझा नहीँ और बार-बार पूछता रहा कि उत्कट चाहना कैसी होती है? एक दिन साधुने उस आदमी से कहा कि आज तुम मेरे साथ नदी मेँ स्नान करने चलो। दोनोँ नदी मेँ गये और स्नान करने लगे।उस आदमी ने जैसे ही नदी मेँ डुबकी लगायी,साधुने उसका गला पकड़कर नीचे दबा दिया।वह आदमी थोड़ी देर नदीके भीतर छटपटाया,फिर साधुने उसको छोड़ दिया।पानी से ऊपर आनेपर वह बोला कि तुम साधु होकर ऐसा काम करते हो।मैँ तो आज मर जाता।साधुने पूछा कि बता, तेरेको क्या याद आया? माँ याद आयी, बाप याद आया, धन याद आया या स्त्री-पुत्र याद आये? वह बोला कि महाराज मेरे तो प्राण निकले जा रहे थे,याद किसकी आती? साधु बोले कि तुम पूछते थे कि उत्कट अभिलाषा कैसी होती है,उसीका नमूना मैँने तेरेको बताया है। जब एक भगवानके सिवाय कोई भी याद नहीँ आयेगा और उनकी प्राप्ति के बिना रह नहीँ सकोगे,तब भगवान मिल जायँगे।भगवानकी ताकत नहीँ है कि मिले बिना रह जायँ।

Silent...??? Let me assist you in recalling …the moment when you left your home for the first time and you look back at your parents who are worried that their son/daughter are leaving them yet happy that their child took the first step towards the independence. ….the moment when you get better marks then you expected ….those "numb" moments of ecstasy n surprise "is that true?" …the moment when you are parting with your old friend(s)and the train has just started and you are standing on the door of the wagon…waving "bye-bye" with your heart beating fast. …the moment after the HR manager has just called you and told you, "You are through! Congrats!!!" …the moment you sit alone in your room after having told everyone that you cleared that exam you prepared for 6 months. You can go on remembering your "special" moments! I had always wondered why I never said anything to myself at those moments …as if it was "understood"…happiness, joy, pain… all feelings just flowed ceaselessly in the 'years' that passed in those flash moments. They say...The best way to communicate is through "SILENCE". Love, Joy, grief, Surprise, Anger, Hope, Expectations, Support, Non- co operation… You can imagine the importance of a silent moment in a song?? When Brayn Adams stops for a while along with Music, before he goes on in his husky voice… ….Please forgive me. I can't stop loving you! Ever had those moments when you thought you were tired enough that you reach for your bed after dinner..but find yourself wide awake looking at the roof of your room silently…. But you sure are "thinking" those moments of self talk are the most important in our lives. Those moments when we listen to our own hearts! Those promises….those decisions…those are the moments when we make our Destinies! He held up a sign which said: "I am blind, please help." There were only a few coins in the hat. A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words. Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, "Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?" The man said, "I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way. What he had written was: "Today is a beautiful day and I cannot see it." Do you think the first sign and the second sign were saying the same thing? Of course both signs told people the boy was blind. But the first sign simply told people to help by putting some money in the hat. The second sign told people that they were able to enjoy the beauty of the day, but the boy could not enjoy it because he was blind. The first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective? :: Moral of the Story :: Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently. THERE IS ALWAYS A BETTER WAY! Be thankful for what you have. Someone else has less. Help where you can and make it great for the needful.

यह उन दिनों की बात है, जब डॉ. जाकिर हुसैन जामिया मिलिया इस्लामिया की हालत सुधारने में जुटे थे। एक दिन उन्होंने शिक्षकों से कहा, 'हम चाहते हैं कि हमारे छात्र अनुशासन का पालन करें। वे साफ-सफाई पर ध्यान दें। उनके कपड़े साफ-सुथरे हों। उनके जूतों पर अच्छी तरह पॉलिश हो। इससे विश्वविद्यालय का शैक्षणिक माहौल बेहतर होगा।'
अगले दिन उन्होंने इसके लिए एक नोटिस जारी किया। फिर छात्रों को मौखिक आदेश भी दिया। कुछ दिन बाद अध्यापकों ने उनसे कहा, 'हम लोगों ने कई बार प्रयास किया, मगर छात्रों पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ा। इसके लिए कठोर कार्रवाई की जरूरत है।' जाकिर हुसैन ने कहा, 'नहीं, कठोर कार्रवाई का छात्रों पर गलत असर पड़ेगा।' मगर उन्होंने तय कर लिया कि वह अपना मकसद किसी भी कीमत पर हासिल करके रहेंगे। अगले दिन सुबह-सुबह छात्रों ने विश्वविद्यालय के गेट पर एक व्यक्ति को बैठे देखा, जो सबसे जूते पॉलिश कराने के लिए कह रहा था।
कुछ छात्रों ने उससे जूते पॉलिश कराए। उस शख्स ने पैसे नहीं लिए और कहा कि यह यूनिवर्सिटी की तरफ से कराया जा रहा है। इस पर कुछ और छात्र पॉलिश करवाने लगे। तभी एक विद्यार्थी ने पॉलिश करने वाले का चेहरा गौर से देखा तो उसके होश उड़ गए। वह तो जाकिर हुसैन थे। पूरे विश्वविद्यालय में हड़कंप मच गया। बाकी छात्र जहां थे वहीं रुक गए। किसी की समझ में नहीं आ रहा था कि अब किया क्या जाए।

उसी समय कुछ वरिष्ठ छात्र, जो विश्वविद्यालय का माहौल खराब करने में सबसे आगे रहते थे, उनके पास आए और कहने लगे, 'हमसे बहुत बड़ी गलती हुई। आज से आप जैसा कहेंगे हम लोग वैसा ही करेंगे। हमें माफ कर दीजिए।' जाकिर हुसैन बोले, 'तुम लोग अभी से अनुशासन का मखौल उड़ाओगे तो आगे चल कर तुम्हें परेशानी होगी। हम चाहते हैं कि यहां के छात्रों से दूसरे लोग कुछ सीखें।' उसके बाद विश्वविद्यालय का माहौल पूरी तरह बदल गया।

बाहर सब लोग आपके लिए बदल जाएँ, ऐसा संभव नहीं है। आप ही संसार को देखने की दृष्टि थोड़ी बदल लीजिए।
